CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY

We understand that your travel plans may change, which is why we have implemented the following cancellation and (pre)payment policy.

When selecting the Standard Rate, the following terms apply:

• Payment of the full amount is required 29 days prior to arrival, according to your chosen payment method.
• Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, no-shows, or early departures, the total reservation amount will be charged.
• The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee of €7 per room per night (for 4* hotels) is included in the final prices.

When selecting the Advanced Purchase rate, the following terms apply:

• Full prepayment is required at the time of booking to secure this rate.
• No free cancellations are allowed for this rate; specific terms apply.
• Due to special payment terms, cancellations or modifications to the booking are not permitted.
• In case of cancellation, the total reservation amount is non-refundable.
• The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee of €7 per room per night (for 4* hotels) is included in the final prices.
